My subscription isn't showing up
Open the app, tap the sparkle (Go Pro) button, then tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple Account you originally subscribed with. Subscriptions from the old 1.x app carry over automatically.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Apple manages all billing: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Uplifting News. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the Uplifting News purchase.
The feed won't load
Check your connection, then pull down to refresh. If it persists, force-quit the app and reopen it. Still stuck? Send us a message below with your iOS version.
A story has a broken or missing image
Some publishers don't provide a preview image, so those stories show a sun placeholder by design. If images are missing everywhere, see "The feed won't load" above.
